FIRE EXTINGUISHING PRINCIPLE

S - type pyrotechnic aerosol generating agent is a solid chemical mixture composed of anoxidizer, a reducing agent, a burning rate controller, and an adhesive. 

After being activated byelectricity (heat), it undergoes an oxidation - reduction reaction on its own to form a largeamount of aggregated fire - extinguishing aerosol. 

The metal salt particles in the aerosolabsorb a large amount of heat at high temperatures, thereby reducing the flame temperatureand suppressing the combustion reaction.

At the same time, under the action of heat, thegasified metal ions and cations in the fire - extinguishing aerosol gas can undergo an affinityreaction with the active groups in the combustion, repeatedly consuming a large number ofactive groups, reducing combustion free radicals, and efficiently absorbing the combustionfree radicals in the flame, achieving a chemical inhibition effect. 

The N and CO in the fire -extinguishing aerosol can reduce the oxygen concentration during combustion. 

Through thecombined action of multiple fire - extinguishing mechanisms such as physical and chemicalmeans, the purpose of extinguishing the fire is achieved. The aerosol formed by the solidparticles wrapped in the fire - extinguishing gas can remain suspended for a long time andspread to every corner, achieving high - efficiency fire extinguishing in a total flooding manner.

USE AND MAINTENANCE
